With her background in communication disorders and her commitment to CAPCSD and the discipline, Frances serves as the point person for our organization. Her institutional memory is invaluable as our organization evolves and changes. Frances provides support to the Executive Board, the Conference Committee and oversees all aspects of CAPCSD membership and administration.
