Our Strategic Plan

In the summer of 2009, the CAPCSD board of directors met to develop its first-ever strategic plan. Under the leadership of Larry Small, the executive board as well as past president, Julie Masterson, met for a two-day retreat focused on creating a roadmap to guide the organization over the next three years.
