2017 Conference Registration

Please use the link below to register for the conference. After you have completed the registration form, a statement will be emailed to you for your records.  If you complete payment via credit card, a receipt will be emailed to you. If you prefer to pay with a check, do not complete the credit card payment form and instead mail a copy of your statement, along with a check for the total amount to: CAPCSD, 3000 So. Jamaica Ct., STE 145, Aurora, CO 80014. A receipt will be emailed to you following processing.

Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, contact the CAPCSD office at 303.835.9089 or email admin@capcsd.org BEFORE March 27, 2017.  Refunds cannot be given after that date.  All refunds for conference registration will be processed as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase, minus a $25 processing fee. Unless otherwise noted, refunds will be processed following the conference.
