Are you a student looking to apply to a graduate program in Audiology or Speech Language Pathology? Start your application now!

CSDCAS is a centralized admissions service developed for SLP and Audiology graduate clinical programs. It allows applicants to use a single web-based application and one set of materials to apply to multiple SLP or Audiology programs. It is free for programs to use and includes administrative tools to facilitate your decision-making process. If your university is ready to join the CSDCAS community, the first step is to complete the non-binding CSDCAS Participation Agreement and return it to Megan Woods at mwoods@capcsd.org.

Benefits

Administration

  • Includes administrative tools that significantly reduce the burden of data entry, calculations, and tracking through the decision making process. It eliminates the need to track applicant information on paper or in excel spreadsheets and allows for custom GPA calculations.

Recruitment

  • Promote your program to a broader spectrum of prospective applicants in order to recruit a qualified applicant pool that is diverse in terms of race, ethnicity, background, experiences, and geographic location. Around 13,000 unique applicants submit their applications in CSDCAS each year.

Communication

  • Communication tools allow for easy contact with applicants at any stage of their admissions process, so you can send recruitment information, decisions, follow-ups, etc. This all can significantly increase your program's acceptance yield.

Data

  • Capture more comprehensive applicant data in which to make admission decisions.
  • Analyze local application trends against peer programs and national data in order to develop more effective recruitment strategies.
  • Export CSDCAS applicant data into your university’s student information system (e.g., Banner, PeopleSoft, etc.).

Support

  • Use the dedicated and free CSDCAS customer support for general and applicant-specific questions.
  • Check the real-time status of an applicant's application, transcripts, and references online at any point in the cycle.
